He has more than 25 years of experience in the telecom and computer industry in France and in Mauritius.He has worked for prestigious companies such as Arianespace, Alcatel CIT and France Telecom. He has over 5 years of experience in the offshore BPO sector.

Krishna has a Masters degree in Computer Science from the University of Heidelberg, Germany. He has more than 25 years of experience in the computer industry in Germany, Italy, Brazil and Madagascar. He has worked for prestigious companies such as IBM. He has over 10 years of experience in the offshore BPO sector.

Manoj is an Engineering Graduate ( B. Tech. in Computer Science & Engg) from IET, Lucknow India and a Masters in Computer Science from ENSIMAG, Grenoble, France. He is currently based in India and has lived and worked in France and Switzerland.
With over 18 years of total experience in project management in IT, Banking, Telecom, Mobile comprising of offshore transitions from Europe/US to India from scratch to complete delivery.

Mamy graduated from CentraleSupélec School of Engineering and holds an Executive certificate program in Marketing strategy & Innovation from Essec Business School. He held several positions in product development for Digital industries including Internet, Mobile and Telecom companies (Alcatel-Lucent - Nokia, Siris, SFR, Bouygues Telecom). In 2006, he switched for new business development and corporate strategy career within a company, world leader in technology consulting, to accelerate the growth of Digital division by strengthening 4 strategic capabilities related to IoT, Data (advanced analytics, cyber security), Customer experience design and Agile practices. Meanwhile he fostered digital empowerment of vertical markets (Financial services, Energy & Utilities, Transportation). He is President of Supélec Alumni’s Digital professional network (Supélec Numérique).

Johnny has a Masters degree in Information Technology from the University of South Africa. He has more than 12 years of experience in the software development industry. He has experience in Cyber Security Research projects and in project management. He also presents academic research papers at various international conferences.He has worked in South Africa & Middle-East for companies such as ExactMobile, JMR, Britehouse, GijimaAST & CSIR.

Jean Paul has over 8 years of experience in the BPO business in Mauritius + 5 years in Madagascar with significant management experience to ensure the BPO delivery teams adhere to the standard process that meets clients’ agreements. He has also over 3 years in complete recruitment cycle

Bhavna has 5+ years of strong & proven experience in Human Resources Expatriate Management. She is very well versed in preparation of Occupation Permit, immigration process, extension of visa (All nationalities), on-boarding, Payroll & Logistics specialist. She is an accomplished HR Manager, who consistently delivers complex requirement for clients within demanding time.

Roshan has been working in IT Industry for over 9 years with proven experience in system engineering, project management, consultancy. He received his double diploma in business management & leadership from Charles Telfair Institute. He has held senior IT and project coordinator positions for top 50 companies across Europe,Canada,United States and Asia.

Leonie worked at Accenture (Mauritius) for one year as Level 2 Technical Support before joining Bolzano Group as Sales Engineer.She worked in a team and at the same time interfaced individually with both users and international clients in English and French. She has a Bachelors degree in Cognitive and Computer Sciences from the University of Lyon (France) and a Masters degree in Cognitive Science and Artificial Intelligence from the University of Nancy (France). During her studies she has been working on several projects about AI, Robotics, E-health and Human Psychology.
