Understanding Job Requirements

A standardized template for a new hire request app ensures no information is omitted in the job description. Line managers and HR staff collaborate in the workflow, rather than through strings of emails, to consolidate mandatory qualifications, desired skills, and preferred experience for the job.

Establish Search Strategy/Source candidates

Utilizing social media HR tools is imperative to connect with a large pool of highly skilled workers. We also have our own proprietary database of ICT experts in each market that we operate.

Shortlisting / Screening applicants

Once we receive CVs from the candidates, we screen them according to the company requirement and shortlist the candidates with best suitable profile for the position with internal HR and Technical Assessments. A psychological assessment on the suitability of the candidate for expatriation is also conducted.

Sharing CVs with Client

We then share the relevant CVs with the client and according to their inputs, shortlist interviews of the selected candidates.

Client Interview/Selection Process

Once the interviews are done, the client selects the Perfect candidate for their organization.

Document Collection

We collect the documents from the candidates at this stage.

Package/ Notice Period Negotiations

Once the selection is done, salary, notice period negotiations are done with the candidate from our side and salary package and date of joining is decided.

Offer Letter

We then provide the offer letter to the candidates with appropriate salary and date of Joining

On-boarding and Start of the Mission

If everything is in order, the candidate receives the contract from the company.We take care of all administrative procedures to onboard the candidate.The whole process is hassle free for the client, who integrates our employee in his team of software developers.

Candidates will bring with them the following Documents in ORIGINAL for OCUPATION PERMIT:

  • Original passport (must have a minimum validity of 6 months).
  • Birth certificate (original in English)
  • Four recent identity photographs identical color.
  • Original and copy of diplomas and letters of reference (Certificate of Employment from previous employers)
  • Curriculum Vitae
  • Marriage Certificate (Original) - If applicable
